The legacy of excellence continues. Tonya Barnes-Franklin is the broker of record and a highly trained real estate professional. As the daughter of the late George A. Barnes, she brings the same commitment of excellence, professionalism and quality service to the company. As a graduate of Stanton College Preparatory Magnet School, Hampton University, and Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy she brings the attention to detail needed to provide quality service to customers and clients. She also has the knowledge and expertise to assist future real estate professionals with preparation for the state exam.
Tonya has been a licensed real estate professional since 1988, and she is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. She and the agents at George Barnes Realty continue the positive work ethics George Barnes used to lead the company for 50 years.
As the company’s broker she is building a team of agents who are willing to grow and contribute to the excellence that the company embodies. While licensed to provide real estate services in Florida, the company provides personalized services throughout Northeast Florida, as well as providing the necessary help for those who are relocating.
