Tonya Barnes-Franklin, Broker-Owner

Tonya Barnes-Franklin is the broker of record and a highly trained real estate professional.  As the daughter of the late George A. Barnes, the founder and previous owner, she brings the same commitment of excellence, professionalism and quality service to the company. As a graduate of Stanton College Preparatory Magnet School, Hampton University, and Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy she brings the attention to detail needed to bring quality service to customers and clients. She also has the knowledge and expertise to assist future real estate professionals with preparation for the state exam.  As well as, the expertise to provide the training agents need to achieve success in their real estate business.

Tonya has been a licensed real estate professional since 1988, and she is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. She and the agents at George Barnes Realty endeavor to continue the positive work ethics George A. Barnes used to lead his company for 50 years.
